Choose your fabric quality. You can choose from many certified basic qualities.
All basic qualities are certified according to the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS). The minimum product quantities vary depending on the fabric quality.
You can find the respective minimum quantities and prices in our price list for fabric production. We will be happy to send you this list if you contact us via our form.
2 Order fabric samplesPlease be sure to order a fabric sample and/or one metre of a reference fabric of your desired quality
before any production.

3 SELECT COLOUR & REQUEST LABDIPBefore any production of your desired fabric in your desired colour, there is the creation of so-called "Lab Dips"
A Lab Dip is a colour sample that is carried out in a laboratory or dye house to colour any piece of fabric according to the selected Pantone value. In the textile manufacturing process, the Lab Dip is used for decision making to ensure that colours are consistent in the production process. Once the Lab Dip is approved, the colour selection for the desired textile has been made.
Using our production request form, you select the desired fabrics and inform us of your desired colours in Pantone format. We will then produce a so-called "Lab Dip" for you. This is a colour sample that we create for you 1:1 according to your specifications to ensure that the colours are consistent in the production process and correspond to your wishes. Once the Lab Dip is approved by you, we can start the production process.

Our Lebenskleidung fabrics are beautiful. But maybe you want a very special colour. With our production service, you can have your colour produced to match. According to your individual Pantone© colour wish. Dyed with GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certified colours.
Low minimum production quantities
We can produce many of your desired fabrics from as little as 100 metres. Our minimum production quantities per colour vary between 100 - 250 metres depending on the fabric type. Contact us and we will be happy to tell you the specific minimum quantities.
Environmentally friendly production
All production steps from spinning the organic cotton to knitting, weaving and dyeing are certified according to the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) and are carried out according to strict environmental standards. Good for you and your customers and good for the environment.
Industry-compliant fastness
The finished fabrics have industry-compliant fastness properties (colourfastness, washfastness, rubfastness) with simultaneous sustainable fabric finishing (softness through enzyme washing, mechanical roughening, etc.).
Price advantage
Due to the direct shipping without storage costs, we can directly pass on the price advantage to you at wholesale prices. By pooling deliveries, the price for delivery by a freight forwarder also drops.
